Egg shaped puffball (Lycoperdaceae sp.) At this stage, it has white flesh, but starting to turn brown on the outside. May just be growing in soil under moss rather than feeding off tree.
Do not eat any puffballs that have not been properly identified by a qualified professional, some are DEADLY when ingested (all species MUST BE cooked).
