~How to make your own beauty products~

Did you know that chamomile, which has astringent properties, could be used to tone your skin?

To make your own toner, just boil 1 cup of water then drop one chamomile tea bag in. Steep for 15 minutes and then let it cool down completely. Pour it into a fine mist spray bottle and after cleansing as a toner, mist your skin.

Chamomile is excellent at reducing puffy eyes. After drinking your calming chamomile tea, save the tea bag, squeeze out the excess liquid and place the tea bag on your eyes.

Chamomile in shampoo has many healthy benefits from reducing scalp inflammation to fighting dandruff, treating scalp fungal problems, and it also makes your hair shiny and glossy while strengthening the hair shaft.

Here is how you can make your own shampoo:

You’ll need either 1/2 cup of fresh chamomile flowers or 4 bags of chamomile tea + 1 ½ tablespoons of glycerin + 4 tablespoons of grated castile soap + 1 ½ cups of water.

Shake it together in jar and it’s ready to use!
