Himalayan Pink Salt

Himalayan Pink Salt

Did you know that salt harvested in the Himalayas contains trace amounts of calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium and also contains lower amounts of sodium than regular salt?
Pink or mineral salt is harvested from unpolluted mountain areas that are millions of years old. On the other hand, Sea salt is taken from oceans whose waters have become progressively more toxic from plastic waste and other pollutants over the last few decades.
There is more: another healthy salt choice is Real Salt, which is harvested in the USA from an underground salt deposit in…Utah🌵The deposit was left there by a pristine ancient sea that covered much of North America millions of years ago, unadulterated by pollutants found in modern day seas.
Look at what this salt mine looks like.
My 2 favorite salts are available here. Just add salt in the search box.
