YOUR ORDER

Once you make a purchase, your order will leave our warehouse promptly, generally within 3 business days. Cost of shipment will be calculated during purchase and check out. If we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item, you can purchase it and wait for notification upon its availability or send us an email requesting that we notify you when it is back in stock. In most cases, products that are on back order ship within 2-4 weeks. You will receive an email notification confirming your order as well as an email with your UPS shipment information so you can keep track of your order.

How to Order and Payment Methods?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Only debit cards backed by a credit card company listed above (Visa, Mastercard, etc) can be accepted. All orders are processed using an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your information secure and private. For credit card orders, your verification number (CVV2) is required. These are the last three digits that can be found on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. For you Amex holders, it’s the four digits located on the front of the card. If you’re not sure, or the numbers are faded from all that shopping, please contact your credit card company before placing your order.

How do I know if my order was processed?

Before checking out, make sure to double-check that the information you entered is accurate – especially your email address. If you have successfully placed a purchase, you will immediately be sent a confirmation email receipt with your order information. Your email confirmation receipt will have the amount that was charged to your card. If you have placed multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation email for each individual order successfully placed.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped USPS or FedEx Ground. Shipments cannot be delivered to Post Office Boxes. As indicated in our Terms And Conditions, all items are shipped f.o.b. our warehouse, meaning that title to such items as well as the risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. All orders require signature confirmation.

Shipping Charges

We provide a shipping charge specific to your order based on the size and weight of the package, as well as your ship to location. To find out what shipping charges will be for your order, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. A shipping charge will be provided in the checkout process prior to the time when you submit your order for processing.

International Orders

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination. International orders ship via UPS.

Transit times for international orders typically take 5 to 10 days* depending on transportation service level and country of destination.

*Some orders may take a little longer than these times due to Logistics.

International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.
PRICING

All pricing is subject to change without notice, and is considered final at the time of your purchase. We unfortunately cannot honor lower price requests if the price is subsequently discounted by us or offered at a lower rate by another retailer.

TAX

As required by law, all items shipped to addresses within the state of California will be taxed at 9.75%. No sales tax will be applied to items that are shipped outside of California.
RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original condition within 10 days. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or opened. All acceptable refunds will be credited back the cost of the merchandise to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, including return shipping. Please allow five days from the time we receive the item to inspect the contents and process your return.

If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us direct at customerservice@PRISCILLAWOOLWORTH.com To expedite a resolution, please indicate your web order number (it’s a seven digit number on the invoice you received with your order), as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.
