I didn't realize how little I knew about hemp until I watched the fascinating documentary Hempsters. As the film follows several activists fighting to legalize industrial hemp, we learn the history of hemp in our country, as well as how industrial hemp fiber has proven to be a viable and cost-effective crop that can reduce our reliance on some of the planet's most precious resources and reduce our dependence on foreign fuel.
