The products you see here reflect my deep reverence for nature and are among my best finds. As a trash-reduction nut, I hunt down natural alternatives to everything, from plastic bags to clever gadgets that are made with recycled materials. Many of these goods come from cooperatives in places where families are struggling for survival. Their creativity and resourcefulness are inspiring, and their practical creations quite beautiful.

My 91 year-old french grandmother (featured in the photo with me) is one of my greatest sources of inspiration. My time growing up with her in the South of France ingrained in me how a simpler, healthier and less wasteful lifestyle can be the norm and not the exception! To this day, she constantly challenges me to think out of the box.
